 KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah told the Sindh Assembly on Monday that the European Union (EU) had committed a grant of 39 million euros over a period of four years to assist the Sindh Education Reform Programme, for which an agreement was signed on November 22, 2006.
