KARACHI: The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) on Wednesday announced the results of the Higher Secondary Certificate-Part-II science group (pre-medical) supplementary examinations-2009.
According to the statistics, a total of 4,723 candidates (1,209 male and 3,514 female) appeared in the examinations and 1,685 of them (353 male and 1,332 female) were declared pass. The overall pass percentage stood at 35.68.
From among the successful candidates, only two male candidates got A-1 grade and nine others (three male and six female) secured A grade.
Marks sheets of the candidates will be issued to their respective institutions within the next two weeks, according to the BIEK announcement.
