Scholarship Scheme 2008

The Board of Governors of Aitchison College, Lahore has set up a Scholarship Scheme to further the national integration policy of the College whereby boys from remote areas of Pakistan, with parents income of less than Rs.10,000/- p.m. excluding Punjab as it has a large body of students, will be able to receive education in the College commencing from the term August, 2008. A maximum of 27 (Twenty-seven) scholarships will be maintained and admission will only be for in Class 6 (Class E1 of the College & born in 1998).

The scheme provides that the tuition fee, boarding house expenses, uniforms and cost of books & stationery and College hospital expenses will be funded by the College.

Applicants will be tested according to the notified schedule and will be expected to join the College from 15th August, 2008. Boys will be prepared for the Cambridge Overseas Syndicate ‘O’ level examinations and will only be admitted as boarders.

Applications with the domicile, particulars of family income and details of the boy are to be filed along with applicants invited from other parents/boys in the normal process starting 20th February, 2008 and ending 1st April, 2008. Application forms are available from the College Office on payment of Rs.50/- by a bank draft in favour of the Principal, Aitchison College, Lahore.

The College reserves the right to accept or reject applications without assigning any reason.
